About Bill

Bill Lowery is an associate broker with eXp Realty serving Summit County and Northeast Ohio. He has been a full-time licensed real estate agent since 2008 and a broker since 2017, working primarily with residential clients and local small businesses.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Economics from The Ohio State University and brings a unique service-oriented perspective from his time as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer, where he worked in small business development in Costa Rica. That experience continues to shape his patient, education-first approach to real estate.

Deeply involved in the community, Bill has served in leadership roles with organizations including United Way of Summit & Medina and the Akron Children’s Museum. He has been recognized for his community involvement with awards such as the Good Neighbor Award from the Akron/Cleveland Association of Realtors.

Bill lives in the Fairlawn area with his wife and two children and believes that strong communities and long-term relationships are the foundation of successful real estate.
