Hello there! I’m Lacy Carpenter, a Realtor with eXp Realty’s The City Team. While I specialize in Cleveland’s west side, I proudly serve clients all across the Northeast Ohio region. With 10 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of people find exactly what they’re looking for—whether that’s a starter home, a second property, a vacation retreat, a rental, or an investment opportunity.  

My real estate journey actually began back in 2009, when my Team Lead, Torry McJunkins, helped me buy my own home. Over time, Torry became one of my best friends. So when I was looking for a new career path 10 years ago, she was the first person I turned to—a decision that turned out to be the best I ever made.

What sets me apart is simple: I’m honest, I’m direct, and I genuinely care about getting you the right outcome. I’ll tell you what I think—even when it may not be what you want to hear—because I believe you deserve a Realtor who has your back, not just your signature.

On each and every transaction, I do my absolute best to negotiate fiercely, fight for my clients' rights and needs, and become truly invested in their well-being as individuals. 

Over the years, I’ve built deep roots in this community. I know the west side neighborhoods and the broader Northeast Ohio market intimately—the streets, the hidden gems, and the things to watch out for. That local knowledge and protective advocate mindset are what I bring to every single client conversation.
