I’m Emily Partridge, a Chagrin Falls–based realtor with eXp Realty specializing in homes across Cleveland’s east-side suburbs, including Chagrin Falls, Pepper Pike, Moreland Hills, Gates Mills, Solon, Hudson, Shaker Heights, and Aurora.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout these communities, many of whom are professionals and families searching for homes in some of the most sought after east side communities. My goal is to make the buying or selling process clear, strategic, and as smooth as possible.

Having lived in several Cleveland communities, including downtown Cleveland and the east-side suburbs, I help clients understand not just the homes themselves but the lifestyle, neighborhoods, and long-term value behind each decision. Whether it’s a walkable home near the village in Chagrin Falls, a historic property in Shaker Heights, or a family home in Solon or Hudson, I take a thoughtful and personalized approach to helping clients find the right fit.

In my first year in real estate, I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year, and I have since received multiple National Sales Excellence awards for sales performance. I also have experience working as both a relocation specialist and a luxury home specialist, helping clients move into and within Cleveland’s east-side communities.
