Jacquie Zepeda – Northeast Ohio REALTOR®

Real estate, for me, isn’t about transactions. It’s about people, timing, trust, and helping someone navigate one of the biggest decisions of their life with clarity and confidence.

I’m a Northeast Ohio REALTOR® with a background in sales, marketing, events, and community leadership. Outside of real estate, I serve as Sales & Marketing Manager for Debonné Vineyards and Double Wing Brewing, and I lead large-scale fundraising and volunteer operations for Sub Zero Mission, a nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness. What ties all of that together is simple: I’m deeply people-focused and highly organized, and I take personal ownership of the outcomes I’m responsible for.

Clients often tell me they feel calm with me, heard by me, and supported by me. That’s intentional. I don’t believe in pressure tactics or fast talk. I believe in education, transparency, and helping you make decisions you feel good about long after the closing.

I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, investors, and especially people navigating life transitions such as divorce, downsizing, relocation, and “what’s next” chapters. I understand that real estate decisions are rarely just financial. They’re emotional, personal, and often deeply layered. You won’t get judgment from me. You’ll get honesty, strategy, and a steady advocate in your corner.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the gym early in the morning, at live music shows, planning events, spending time with my family, visiting my dad, or out in the community supporting local businesses. I believe in living fully, building meaningful relationships, and doing work that actually matters.
