I’m Erin Dorsey Robinson — a real estate strategist, investor, and storyteller who helps people navigate life’s transitions through thoughtful, well-timed real estate decisions. I’m the co-founder of The Boardwalk Group, a real estate team based in Beachwood, Ohio, serving the Greater Cleveland area with a focus on the eastern suburbs, including Beachwood, Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, and nearby communities.

With an MBA and a background in consulting, public relations, and municipal leadership, I bring a blend of sharp strategy and genuine connection to every client relationship. I understand that buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction — it’s a turning point. Whether I’m helping a homeowner prepare for a strong sale, guiding a buyer through a competitive market, or advising an investor on their next move, my work is grounded, intentional, and focused on what comes next.

I built The Boardwalk Group on the belief that real estate should support a fuller life — not consume it. Alongside my husband and business partner, Dwight Robinson, I lead a team committed to excellence, transparency, and long-term value. Together, we help clients navigate the nuances of the eastern suburbs with confidence, from pricing and negotiation to timing, presentation, and next-chapter planning.

Beyond transactions, I’m deeply invested in education and empowerment — particularly for women who want to use real estate as a vehicle for financial freedom and long-term wealth. I’m the founder of Flip School, an educational platform designed to teach women how to evaluate opportunities, understand risk, and invest with clarity and confidence. Flip School exists because I believe knowledge creates options — and financial freedom is built, intentionally, over time.


At home, I’m a wife, a mom of three, and the planner behind our epic family adventures. Real estate isn’t just what I do. It’s the vehicle I use to help others design lives they truly love — right here in the communities they call home.
