About Alan
Born and raised in Northeast Ohio. Alan grew up in Strongsville and currently resides in Westpark with his wife Laura and dog Vito. He is warm and approachable, cherishes his family, friends, and of course his clients. You might find him golfing, hiking, or traveling in his spare time.
Alan is very familiar with Cleveland and all of the surrounding areas, especially Strongsville, Westpark/Kamm's Corner, North Royalton, Hinckley, Brunswick, Medina, Brecksville/Broadview Heights, Olmsted Falls, Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, Rocky River, Bay Villiage, North Ridgeville, Berea, Columbia Station, Lakewood, Ohio City, Old Brooklyn, & Parma/Parma Heights.
While those areas are where he does most of his business, Alan's range expands well beyond that. He's sold houses as far East as Willoughby Hills, and as far South as Columbus.
Alan is experienced in Probate cases, Divorce, Relocation, and Investment Properties (including off-market) in addition to buying and listing homes. He sets himself apart from other agents with his expertise in these areas and his around-the-clock availibility to his clients.
