About Carissa
Carissa Mitchell is a 30 year old, experienced and highly motivated agent driven by the two little girls who call her "Mom". She has been an active realtor since 2019 and each year since then, has helped 15+ families achieve their Real Estate Goals. She takes pride in providing her clients with prompt and clear communication, discussing realistic expectiations in the current Real Estate market and putting her creative mind to work in every transaction. Her approach to Real Estate is inspired by the emotions that come at the end of a transaction. Buying a home is one of the biggest assets that a person can have and when the goal to buy or sell one of her clients homes becomes a reality, seeing the joy that comes from that, drives her to help even more clients. Carissa has always enjoyed being a leader and being hands - on. Real estate has given her the opportunity to do both. Carissa enjoys working the most with first time home buyers. Since her career as a realtor began before she bought her first house - she enjoys educating these specific clients on all of the things she didn't know as a first time home buyer. In her spare time you can find Carissa hanging out with her daughters, Mila & Kora , watching stand-up comedy, scrap-booking & hanging out in nature. Carissa also ejoys the constant stream of support that she gets from her friends and family, she is overwhelmed with joy from all of the business that comes from them and strives to continue to put out a professional name for herself and grow her business even more in the coming years!
