From the time I was a kid, I loved working with food. That love took me to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York at nineteen, and after graduating, I spent over a decade in pastry at five-star hotels and restaurants in South Florida, where there was no room for “close enough”—everything had to be perfect. That standard never left me.

While in South Florida, I was also working out constantly, and that passion made me want to help others get the same results, so I became a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I also met my wife there, at a hotel where we both worked. We’ve been married thirty years and have two daughters. When her career brought us to Cleveland, I spent years in the fitness industry helping manage a local gym and teaching Spinning before deciding I wanted something different: working with people in a more personal way and helping them find a home.

Thirteen years ago, I made that shift into real estate. I love the negotiation process, helping buyers win multiple-offer situations, and the moment a family finds the right house. But I also know this business means being there when things get stressful, when a deal falls through, or when someone simply needs an honest conversation.

The number one complaint I hear about people’s past agents is that they went quiet when it mattered. Communication is something I take seriously. I’ve sold million-dollar homes and helped first-time buyers close on their first $120,000 house, and both matter equally to me.

My focus is Cleveland’s West Side, including Rocky River, Westlake, Fairview Park, North Olmsted, Avon, Bay Village, Columbia Station, Parma, Parma Heights and surrounding communities.
