About Brandi

I am a part time realtor and full time construction inspector

I have worked in the geotechnical engineering and construction inspection fields for 25 years, and have been a bridge paint inspector throughout that time on a seasonal basis.

As a construction and coatings inspector I am Quality Assurance and act as an on site representative for state and counties to ensure compliance with county and state specifications and plans.

While working as a Project Manager in the geotechnical field I participated in site reconnaissance, utility clearance, budgeting, coordination of subcontractors, soil classification alongside drilling crews in the field, soil testing in the lab with classication and report writing while also dealing with clients for estimating job completion.

I am presently certified NICET - Level III highway construction, NACE CIP-Level I and KTA (coatings inspection), ACI (concrete testing), CPN (nuclear compaction) and have used Troxler. I also have a 40 hr HAZWOPER and 10 hr OSHA and CMIT cert
